Sale - Augustin Legay Duverget to Joseph Henry

The work which might be done on the land, which the said Mr. Legay Duverget 
occupies, situated on the left bank of the Mississippi river on ascending 
between the land of Ambroise Longuepee, and that of Joseph LeBlanc, * * 
understood that the said vendor does not have any title of concession to the 
said land but the two parties propose to obtain the concession, to the said 
Mr. Joseph Henry.
