Retrocession - Carlos Ebert and Pablo Landry to Luis Leonard

A plantation which he sold us by deed executed before Dn Franco Rivas, 
Commandant of this District on the twenty-third of January of the present year 
of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine, situated in the referred District 
on the right bank of the Mississippi river, composed of six arpents of front 
and eighty of depth, bounded on the upper part by the plantation of Francisco 
Marionnau and below by those of the said Leonard, with the fences which are 
found on it, with the express condition of reserving fifty cypress trees.
