Sale - Donat Ebert to Robert Brasil

A plantation with its dependencies belonging to me situated in the said 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of four arpents 
and twenty-seven toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded 
above by lands of Pedro Hebert and below by those of Narciso Ebert, the same 
which was possessed and purchased of Carlos Ebert on the sixth of December of 
the year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-four by an extra judicial deed 
before witnesses executed in this same District.
