Sale - Jean Baptiste Ebert to Joseph Aubry Dupuy

A plantation situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the land of Paul Ebert and below to those of Amant 
Ebert, containing five arpents three toises of front, on the ordinary depth of 
forty arpents, the buildings, enclosures which might be thereon, in a word, 
such as the said plantation comprises and contains, which belongs to the 
vendor for having been purchased of Paul Ebert, his father, by act passed by 
Mr. Louis Dutisne on the date of the twentieth of August of the year 1777.
