Sale - Francois Ebert to Jean Keough and Guillaume Webb

A tract containing five arpents or thereabout, situated, on descending, on the 
left bank, adjacent above to Narcisse Ebert, and below to Joseph Leblanc, 
called Michel, on which is found, a house, kitchen, store, mill such as it 
comprises and reserving the above said vendor.
