Sale - Donate Ebert to Olivie Brasset

A plantation belonging to me situated in said District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, composed of four arpents of front with the ordinary depth 
of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of Isak Leblanc and below by 
those of Juan Pedro Babin, the same which was purchased of Juan Bautista Babin 
on the tenth of April of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine, by deed 
executed by the actual Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas, and selling same with all 
its dependencies.
