Receipt - Amant Ebert to Nicolas Roche

Received sum which Antonio Maxent owed him, coming from the price of a 
plantation which this said Antonio Maxent sold to the named Dn Nicolas Roche, 
situated in the expressed District on the right bank of this Mississippi 
river, composed of five arpents and two toises of front, with the ordinary 
depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of Joseph Orillon, Jr. and 
below by those of Juan Dupuy, according to the deed executed before me, on the 
date of the 27th of March of 1799; and Amant Ebert declares formal receipt in 
favor of the mentioned Dn Nicolas Roche, and Antonio Maxent.
