Sale - Donato and Narciso Ebert, brothers to Diego Hernandez 

A tract with all its dependencies belonging to us, situated in this said 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of four arpents 
more or less, of front, with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper 
part by lands of Dn Bartholome Duverge and below by those of Juan Bautista and 
Simon Joseph Dupuis, which we acquired of the said Juan Bautista and Joseph 
Dupuis, by deed executed before the actual Commandant Dn Franco Rivas on the 
sixth of August of the present year.
