Sale - Estevan Ebert to Franco Abraham Ebert, my son

A plantation belonging to me, situated in this said District on the left bank 
of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents, more or less, of front 
with the ordinary depth of forty, according to the plan and title of 
concession which was delivered, bounded above by lands of Narsiso Ebert and 
below by those of Joseph Leblanc, called Jose Miguel, the same which was 
possessed and purchased of Franco Ebert by deed executed before Dn Pedro 
Voisin, Commandant who was we understand, on the fourth of March of the year 
one thousand seven hundred ninety-seven, and sell the same with all its 
dependencies, with the express condition of reserving as I reserve the use of 
the half of the land and of all the edifices which are found on the said 
plantation for the time during my life.
