Sale - Estevan Ebert to Pedro Rivet

A tract with all its dependencies belonging to me, situated in said District 
on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of six arpents of front 
with the depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of Jose Miguel 
Leblanc and below by those of Pedro Ebert, the same which was possessed and 
purchased of Alexandro Ebert on the tenth of November of one thousand seven 
hundred seventy-six by deed executed before the Commandant who was we 
understand, Dn Luis Dutisne.
