Sale - Donato Ebert to Estevan Ebert, his brother

A tract with all its dependencies belonging to me, with exception of the trees 
necessary for the construction of a house of thirty feet of width which I 
reserve in order to take it when convenient, situated in said District on the 
left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of two and a half aprents of 
front with the ordinary depth of forty, lines parallel, bounded on the upper 
part by the lands of Gran Pedro and below by those of my ownership, of five 
arpents which were acquired and purchased of the free mulatos, by deed 
executed before the actual Commandant of this District of Iberville, Dn Franco 
Rivas, on the thirtieth of March of the year passed, of one thousand eight 
hundred and two.
