Sale - Juan Bauta Ebert to Narciso Ebert

A plantation with all its dependencies, of my ownership, sitauted in said 
District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of four arpents 
and twenty-seven toises of front with the depth of forty, bounded on the upper 
part by lands of Pablo Ebert and below by those of Abraham Ebert, the same 
which was acquired and purchased of my decd. father, Franco Ebert, by deed 
dated the fourteenth of May of the year one thousand seven hundred eighty-
seven before Dn Nicolas DeVerbois, Commandant, we heard.
