Receipt - Paul Ebert received of Agustin Landry, certain sum for a tract of 
land situated in the District of Iberville, consisting of five acres fronting 
the Mississippi river, bounded as follows (towit) on the upper side by Simon 
Landry, and on the lower side by the land of Narcise Ebert.
