Sale - Zachariah Ebert to Simon Landry and Nathaniel Cropper

A certain tract of land situated in the District of Iberville and on the 
Mississippi river, bounded as follows (to wit) nine acres fronting the said 
river, and on the upper side by lands of Michel Gariel, and on the lower side 
by lands of Joseph Milansan and depth ordinary if to be found.
