Sale - Michel Ebert to Firmin Broussard, minor, authorized by Pierre Landry, 
his tutor

A tract situated in this said District, on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, bounded on the upper part by property of the vendor and below by those 
of Louis Parent, composed of two arpents of front on the ordinary depth of 
forty, with the opening which might correspond to these said two arpents of 
land of front, in proportion to the whole of my (Comdt. P. Belly) plantation; 
which belongs to him for having been purchased with three arpents and eighteen 
toises of land of front besides, on forty of depth and two degrees of opening, 
as and also it appears by the sale which had been passed him this day before 
me, Messrs. Jean Kline and Antoine Robo, which is deposited in the archives of 
this Commdandant.
