Sale - Pierre Ebert to Charlle Ebert, his son

Sold about two years ago * * A plantation containing five arpents front on the 
Mississippi river in this same District adjacent below to Mr. Baptiste Dupuy 
and above to the land of the same Charlle Ebert, such as it comprises,  * * 
the above said Mr. Pierre Ebert having purchased it from Mr. Baptiste Ebert, 
his nephew about five years ago.
