Sale - Francois Ebert, Jr. to Pierre Landry, Jr.

The quantity of four arpents and twenty-seven toises of land front on the 
Mississippi river with the ordinary depth of forty arpents, situated on the 
right bank of river, on ascending, adjacent to the land or plantation of Mr. 
Etienne Ebert above, the said four arpents and twenty-seven toises will be 
measured leaving from the boundary of the said Mr. Etienne Ebert on 
descending. And the lines will be parallel such as it is said by the title of 
concession in the name of Aman Ebert on the date of the twenty-seventh of 
February of the year one thousand seven hundred seventy-two, it is understood 
that the buildings, enclosures and all that which is attached to the said 
plantation will remain to the said Mr. Pierre Landry Jr.
