Sale - Francois Ebert, Jr. to Jean Baptiste, his son

The quantity of four arpents and twenty-seven toises of land front on the 
Mississippi river with the ordinary depth of forty, on the right bank of the 
river on ascending, adjacent above to the land of Charlle Ebert and below to 
the same Francois Ebert, Jr. the said four arpents and twenty-seven toises 
will be measured leaving from the boundary of the said Mr. Charlle Ebert on 
descending and the lines will be parellel as it is borne by the concessions of 
Messrs. Francois Ebert, Sr. and Francois Ebert, Jr. of which the said land 
forms part.
