Sale - Francois Ebert, Jr. to Charlle Ebert, his son

The quantity of four arpents and twenty-seven toises of land front on the 
Mississippi river with the ordinary depth of forty arpents, situated on the 
right bank of the said river, on ascending, adjacent to the land or plantation 
of Mr. Pierre Landry, Jr. above. The said four arpents and twenty-seven toises 
will be measured leaving from the boundary of the said Mr. Pierre Landry on 
descending and the lines will be parallel such as it is said by the titles of 
concessions in the name of Aman Ebert, on the date of the twenty-seventh of 
February of the year one thousand seven hundred seventy-two, (three indistinct 
letters), of the land of Francois Ebert, Sr. on the same date.
