Sale - Thomas Estevan to Timoleon LeSassier

A tract with all its dependencies belonging to me, sitauted in this District, 
on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of two arpents and some 
toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded above by lands of 
the purchaser, embraced in the figurative plan and title of concession by 
which he came in ownership of said land, and below by those of Simon Babin, 
the same which was possessed and purchased of Dn Christoval de Armas by deed 
executed before the present Commandant, Dn Franco Rivas, on the twenty-eighth 
of April of the year passed of one thousand eight hundred and three.
