Sale 

I, Jossef Morales, declare that of the ten arpents of land donated me by Rev. 
Father, with forty of depth, cede all rights belonging to me to five arpents 
of front with forty of depth, to my son-in-law, Juan Filano; and the other 
five arpents with the same depth to Josef Ramires; giving him the part above 
and my son-in-law, that below.
