Sale - Pierre Flores and Marianne Clouatre, his wife to Michel Hebert, son of 
Amant Hebert

Two arpents, more or less, of land of front on the river with forty of depth, 
in a word and precisely, the half of all the plantation, which they occupy and 
situated in this County, on the right bank of the said river, bounded above by 
the properties of the said Michel Ebert, purchaser and below by those of 
Thomas Ebert, composed of four arpents, or thereabout, of front and forty of 
depth, in a manner that Michel Ebert would take his half adjacent to him on 
descending; which land belongs to them for having been conceded by the 
Government of His Catholic Majesty to the decd. Jean Morales, first husband of 
the said Marianne Clouatre.
