Sale - Pedro Moyse Foret to Joseph Mollere

A plantation with all its dependencies, with the exception to the harvest 
which I reserve, belonging to me, situated in said District on the right bank 
of the Mississippi river, composed of three arpents and twenty-four toises of 
front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by the lands 
of Dn Joseph Mollere and below by those of Pablo Babin, the same which was 
possessed like this, three arpents and two toises by exchange made with Blaise 
Rivet in the name of Margarita Rivet by deed executed before the Commandant 
who was Dn Nicolas DeVerbois, on the third of September of one thousand seven 
hundred ninety-three; and the two remaining toises of the land which 
corresponded to me from the maternal inheritance.
