Sale - Pierre Moyse Forret to Simon Allain

A tract situated at the Coast of Fountaine in the District of Manchak, 
distance of about one league and a half from the Mississippi river, adjacent 
below that is to say, to the left to the lands of Mrs. Triste and above to 
those of Paul Babin, containing five arpents and a half of front on the 
ordinary depth of forty arpents, which belong to him for having been purchased 
same of Dn Francois Rivas, Lieutenant of the Grenadiers of the Regiment 
(Stationary) of Lousisiana and Commandant of the Fort and District of Manchak, 
by act passed and deposited in the archives, on the date of the twenty-second 
of August of the year passed.
