All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net December 21, 2006, 2:33 pm Written: June 26, 1794 Date: June 26, 1794 Sale - Simon Forret to Jean Pierre Culler Three arpents of land, on the ordinary depth of forth with the opening corresponding to the said depth, the enclosures and other things might be found thereon, in a word, such as they might comprise and contain; which three arpents of land are taken between Senateur Babin and Simon Joseph Dupuy, as forming the remainder of the plantation which he possesses in thid Post on the left bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to the lands of Pierre Longuelpee and below to those of the said Dupuy, containing seven arpents of front; understood that on the date of this day he has sold four arpents ot the same Senateur Babin; which plantation belongs to him for having been acquired of Messrs. Bonnaventure Babin and Michel Gareuil by act deposited in the archives of this Commandant about six years ago.
