Sale - Simon Forret to Senateur Babin

Four arpents of land on the ordinary depth of forty with the opening which 
might correspond to it, in the said depth, the buildings, enclosures which 
might he possesses in this Post on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
bounded above by the lands of Mr. Pierre Longuelpee, on descending, up to the 
concurrence of the same four arpents; and adjacent below to those of Simon 
Joseph Dupuy; which belongs to him for having been purchased of Messrs. 
Bonnaventure Babin and Michel Gareuil by act passed in the archives of this 
Commandant about six years ago.
