Sale - Pable, free negro to Gregorio Melanson

A tract belonging to me situated in the proper District on the right bank of 
this Mississippi river but above Bayou Plaquemine, composed of three arpents 
of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands 
of the purchaser and below by those of Dn. Bernardo D'Auterive, with its 
dependencies, the same which was had and purchased of Xavier Robichaut by 
document executed in the said District before the Commandant who was, we 
understand, Dn. Nicolas DeVerbois, dated the twentieth of December of one 
thousand seven hundred ninety-two.
