Sale - Francis Gallaher to Alexander McDugal

A certain tract of land situated on the Mississippi river, bounded as follows, 
on the lower side by John Baptiste Lorio and on the upper line by said 
Gallaher, the whole consisting of three acres front and depth ordinary.
