Sale - Miguel Gareuil to Franco Connell

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to me, with the exception of 
all the cypress trees, and oak trees which are found on the depth of forty 
arpents, like this, of the first concession, as belonging hereon to different 
inhabitants, situated in said District on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, composed of one arpent and sixty-four feet of front with the depth of 
eighty, bounded on the upper part by the land of the Parochial Church and 
below by those of Olivero Blanchard, the same which was possessed and 
purchased of Juan Longuepe by deed executed on the twenty-sixth of August of 
one thousand seven hundred ninety-six before the Commandant who was we 
understand, Dn Nicolas DeVerbois; and selling it with the opening which 
corresponds to it, according to the figurative plan and title of concession 
which is in the hands of the said Olivero Blanchard.
