Sale - William Germin to Pier Anria

A certain tract of land situated on the Mississippi consisting of two acres 
front and ordinary depth, with his part of a cypress swamp, as seen in this 
office, and bounded as follows (towit) on the one side by Polite Landry, and 
on the other side by Madam Paul Burline which said tract of land I do hereby 
warrent and defend unto the S. Pier Anria, ***
