Mortgage - Christophe Artatcho appeared declares that he owes Andrez Gil sum 
of money as appears by act of sale of a plantation passed in his favor on 11th 
of Feb. 1806; that for security of said sum he mortgage:
A plantation of his ownership situated in this County of Iberville on the 
right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of 
Francois Alexandre Diagle and below by those of Isidore Labauve, composed of 
two arpents of land of front with forty of depth, the buildings, enclosures 
and other things which might thereto depend, with the improvements which might 
be made thereon; which plantation with its dependencies he promises not to 
sell, etc.
