Sale - Androz Gil to Christophe Artacho

A plantation of his ownership, situated in this County on the right bank of 
the Mississippi river, bounded above to the properties of Francois Broussard 
and below by those of Louis Dubardeau, free mulatto, composed of two arpents 
of land of front on the ordinary depth of forty, the buildings, enclosures, 
and other things which might be thereon built, in a word, such as the said 
plantation comprises and contains actually; the same which belongs to him for 
having been purchased of Jean Jacques Pascal by act passed the seventh of 
March 1803 before Charles De Grand-Pre, Governor of Baton Rouge (few 
exceptions as to crops and etc.)
