Sale - Edouard Godin, husband of Magdelaine Landry, widow of Jean Baptiste 
Landry, in his own name and as husband of the above named, sells to Jean Klim

A tract situated in this District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to that of Guillaume Henderson and below to that of Louis 
Parent, containing five arpents eighteen toises or thereabout of front on the 
ordinary depth of forty, the buildings, enclosures which might be thereon, in 
a word, such as it comprises and contains, actually, which belongs to the 
vendor for having come to Mrs. Magdelaine Landry, his wife in the inheritance 
of the succession which had been left her by Baptiste Landry, her decd. 
husband.
