And also of money coming from the sucn. of their decd. grandmother, Anastasie Come; for which he declares that he mortgages for security of said sums due minors: The plantation whereon he resides situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, between the properties above to himself and below to Hypolite and Joseph Landry, composed of six arpents of front on forty of depth, with its belongings and dependencies, which belongs to him for having been brought by his wife in the community which they had contracted; and which belongs to her for having been obtained at the price of the estimation of her decd. husband, Ygnace Hamelton.
