Sale - Josef Hamilton to Juan Luis Bouche

A tract situated in the said District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river composed of eight arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, 
bounded on the upper part by lands of the Widow of Pablo Maria Landry and 
below by the plantaion of the deceased Ygnacio Hamilton, the same which was 
possessed by concession of the Governor General of this Province of Lousisana, 
according to the plan and title, in the form in which it was delivered, * * * 
price of two hundred dollars, on good account of the inheritance, paternal and 
maternal, which belongs to my daughter, Maria Plena Hamilton, wife of Juan 
Luis Bouche, at my death and that of my wife, her mother, with the consent of 
her brothers and sisters, all my legitimate heirs.
