Sale - Francoy Heber to Etienne Heber

A plantation situated in this District, on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, on descending, adjacent above to the lands of Mr. Narcisse Heber, and 
below to that of Mr. Joseph Michel Leblanc, containing five arpents or 
thereabout of front on the ordinary depth of forty, the buildings, enclosures 
which are thereon, with the reserve * * the said tract belonging to the said 
vendor for having been had from the Government by concession.
