Sale - Mrs. Ann Heber, widow of Pierre Brummeto to Joseph Aubry Dupuis, her son

A tract situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to the land of the said lady and below to that of Mr. Michel 
Lambremon, containing three arpents, thirteen toises three feet and a half of 
front on the depth of eighty arpents, with the enclosures which are thereon, 
in a word, such as the said land comprises and contains, the said plantation 
belonging to him for having been taken at the price of the estimation which 
had been made of the property of the late Mr. Pierre Brummetau, her husband, 
the eighth of August 1791, and deposited in the archives of this Commandant.
