Sale - Charles Hebert to Simon Allain

A plantation situated on the same place on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the lands of the said Simon Allain and below by those 
of Bonnaventure Leblanc, containing three arpents and one hundred fifty-four 
feet of front on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, the buildings, 
enclosures which are thereon, in a word, such as the said land comprises and 
contains which belongs to him for having been sold him by the said Mr. Pierre 
Allain by act passed in this Archives on the date of the sixteenth of July 
passed. Said sale made, under the restrictions reserved by said Simon Allain 
in act of Jan. 31, 1791.
