Sale - Pedro Hebert to my son, Simon Hebert

Three arpents of land of front with the ordinary depth of forty, taken from 
the lower side of my plantation situated in the said District on the left bank 
of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Carlos Hebert, 
also my son and below by those of Santiago Arnandez, which belongs to me, for 
having been purchased of Juan Bautista Dupuis with three arpents of land of 
front according to evidence of the extrajudicial paper which I present and 
hold in my power; and I sell said three arpents of land of front in the same 
condition in which it is found.
