Sale - Carlos Hebert to Pedro Hebert, my father

Two arpents of land of front with the ordinary depth of forty, to take on the 
lower side of my own plantation situated in this said District on the right 
bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Diego 
Arnandez and below by the plantation of the above said, my father, Pedro 
Hebert, which belongs to me for having been purchased by deed executed before 
Dn Nicolas DeVerbois who was we understand, Commandant of this District on the 
twenty-fifth day of month August of one thousand seven hundred eighty-seven, 
which rests in this archives of my office, and I sell said two arpents of land 
in the same condition in which it is found.
