All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net January 31, 2007, 2:31 pm Written: November 25, 1806 Date: November 25, 1806 Sale - Amant Hebert to Jean Pierre Ebert A tract of four arpents and a half of front on the river with the depth which corresponds to it, situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of Jean Charles Ebert and below by those of Narcisse Ebert; the same where he had made the levee and the road in one thousand seven hundred ninety-two, and always maintained since this time, according to confirmation of the certificate given the thirteenth of August passed by the Justice of the Peace, Aubry Dupuis, subscribed by the inhabitants, Nicolas Roche and Joseph Melanson; as also the said land is shown by the plan which has been delivered by the Surveyor, Ephraim Davidson, the twelfth of the seventh month of this year, one thousand eight hundred six, which two papers recored in Book No. 2, Fos. 46 & 47 by Mr. Jn. W. Gurley which he has just remitted to the purchaser.
