Sale - Charles Hebert to Jean Oten (or Alton, signed Jean Otten)

An arpent of land of front on the Mississippi river, on forty of depth, with 
lines paralle, to take on the upper line of the three arpents of land of 
front, forty of depth and lines parallel which remains to him of the 
plantation which he possessed and occupied in this County, situated on the 
right bank of the said river, bounded above by the properties of Diego 
Arnandez and below by those of Jean Bte Leblanc, composed of six arpents of 
front with forty of depth and lines parallel; of which he had sold three 
arpents of front on the upper line adjacent to Diego Arnandez, to Pierre 
Rivet, Jr. by act passed before me P. Belly the 22nd of this month; and the 
arpent of front with forty of depth and lines parallel, which he sells by the 
present act of Jean Alton is to take from the boundary of Pierre Rivet, Jr. on 
descending.
