Agreement - Charlle Hebert and Pierre Landry

Charlle Ebert and Pierre Landry, his grandson with the advice of the latter's 
uncle, Maturin Landry agree to the following: That Pierre Landry is to take 
care of, during the rest of his life, his grand-father, Charlle Ebert and that 
at this grand-father's death, Pierre Landry is to have his three arpents of 
land whereon Ebert now lives. Pierre Landry also inherits a certain sum from 
the death of his mother.
