Retrocession, dated March 23, 1798. from widow Paul Ebert to Joseph Henry A letter written by Widow Margrite Braux, widow of Paul Hebert, who explains that she has five children and cannot afford to have the plantation which her husband purchased of Joseph Henry; letter dated Jan. 30, 1797, addressed to Pierre Voisin, Commandant. Date: Jan. 31, 1797 Statement by Pierre Voisin that Joseph Henry a grees to take back the land, which he had sold. Date: Feb. 13, 1797 Joseph Henry makes a statement that he agrees to take back the land which he sold. Statement that this is as is required by formal act. Signed by Le Baron de Carondelet.
