Sale - Retrocession 

Adelaide Dupuis, widow of Pierre Henry, Jr. accompanied by her father, Jean 
Baptiste Dupuis; And Joseph Henry Sr. to Guillaume Germain 

A tract situated in this County on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
bounded above by the porperties of Hypolite Landry and below by those of the 
decd. Paul Babin, composed of two arpents of front on forty of depth, and the 
opening which corresponds to it; the same which belongs to him for having been 
purchased by the decd. Pierre Henry by act passed before Francois Connell, 
former Commandant of the District of Iberville, on date of the 11th of the 
month ? of the year passed of 1804, which is deposited in the archives of this 
County.
