Sale - Joseph Henry, Sr. to Joseph Henry, Jr. his son

A tract with its dependencies belonging to me, situated in said District on 
the right bank of the Mississippi river, composed of four arpents of front 
with the depth of forty, bounded above by lands of Arzen Braud and below by 
those of Pedro Ple, the same which was possessed and purchased in retrocession 
of Margarita Braud, widow of Pablo Ebert, on the twenty-third of March of the 
year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-eight, before the Commandant who is 
we understand, Dn. Pedro Sigur.
