Sale - Diegue Hernandez who declared that by date of Oct. 16, 1804 he had sold 
to Laurant Dupre - A tract of which the price which was inserted, is found 
corrected and overwritten, and that further, the one and the other, not 
finding this sale sufficiently explained and circumstantiated, they present 
themselves, both in order to pass a more regular and authentic one. 

Diegue Hernandez sell to Laurant Dupre:
A tract of his ownership, with all its belongings and dependencies, such as it 
comprises and contains at this time, situated in this County, on the left bank 
of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to the property of the purchaser and 
below by those of Jean Baptiste Dupuis, composed of four arpents more or less, 
of front by forty of depth; which belong to him for having been obtained by 
purchase of the person named Narcisse and Donnate Hebert, brothers, without 
any title and that he sells the same.
