Mortgage - Miguel Judice to Evan Jones

Owed him money for his fourth part (suits against him) and special mortgages:
A plantation of my property situated in the said District on the left bank of 
the Mississippi river, composed of twelve arpents of front more or less, with 
the depth of forty, bounded below by lands of Belonie Landry and above by 
those of the Royal Dominion with its dependencies, which was possessed of Dn 
Louis Judice, my father with two negroes, etc.
