Sale - Louis Judice to Raphael Landry

A plantation situated in the same place, on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the lands of Augustin Bertaut and below to that of 
the Vendor, containing seven arpents of front on the ordinary depth of forty 
arpents, the buildings, enclosures which might be thereon, in a word, such as 
the said plantation comprises and contains at present, which belongs to the 
said vendor by concession which had been made to him by the Government on the 
date of the twentieth of November one thousand seven hundred eighty-three, and 
which is free of mortgages, as appears by certificate given by the Public 
Recorder, Dn Pedro Pedesclaux of Feb. 4, passed.
