Deed of Exchange - Louis Judice and Michel Judice

Fifteen arpents of land of front, with forty arpents of depth, which belongs 
to him, according to the title which he had from his Lordship Mister Dn 
Estevan de Miro, Governor and Lieutenant General of this Colony, which title 
of concession, of fifty arpents of front on forty of depth, date of the 
twentieth of November one thousand seven hundred eighty-three, Dn Louis Judice 
on the fifty arpents therein mentioned, keep above, and reserve, ten arpents 
of front, on forty arpents of depth, on the part below, and after, Mr. Michel 
Judice, takes fifteen arpents of front on forty arpents of depth, adjacent and 
above the ten arpents herein above mentioned;
And Mr. Michel Judice, gives in exchange, like quantity, of fifteen arpents of 
front by forty arpents of depth, on twenty arpents of front, and forty of 
depth belonging to his according to the title of concession which he had from 
His Lordship, Mister Dn Estevan de Micro, Governor and Lieutenant General, of 
this Province, on the date of the sixteenth of February one thousand seven 
hundred eight-seven, the above said fifteen arpents of front, are adjacent and 
above a tract belonging to the said Mr. Louis Judice, * * *
their rights of property on the part of the tracts conceded to each of them at 
the said District of Lafourche des Chetimachas on the left bank of the river 
at about twenty-seven leagues from New Orleans.
